History of the FAMI company begins with the creation of the DEVALLE Establishments in 1929, which in 1956 became the COMOFA company.
FAMI was born in 1968 ensuring in parallel the distribution of automotive, industrial and marine parts.
In 1990, COMOFA acquires FAMI and refocuses its activity mainly on automotive and tooling before proceeding with the final merger of the two companies in 2004.
